CDL Driver Schedule/Shifts:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend shifts are available to accommodate different preferences and availability.
- AM positions are dispatched between 9 AM and 10 AM.
- PM positions are dispatched between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM.

At Sigma Continental, we offer competitive compensation and a range of benefits to our CDL A regional/local truck drivers. Here are the details:
Compensation:
- Earn $1,000 to $1500 per week (Paid Weekly)
- Bonus Pay
- Safety Bonus Pay
Vacation and Time Off:
- 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment
- Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years of employment
Benefits:
- 401(K) Matching after 1 year
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the position, you need to meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid Class-A CDL
- 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years
- Doubles Endorsement (Doubles experience not required, but endorsement must be obtained prior to the start date)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No cell phone or texting tickets
